The website requests only the information needed to prepare a business enquiry: name, optional company and phone details, email address, enquiry category and message.
How the enquiry form works
The form does not transmit or store your information on the website. When you choose “Open prepared email”, your browser opens your email application with the information inserted into a message to info@som.co.za. You decide whether to send that message.
Access and correction
If you have sent personal information to SOM and wish to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact info@som.co.za and describe the information and request.
Security
The website is designed for HTTPS hosting and does not require visitor accounts, passwords or a website-side contact database.
